Boombastic Mascara from Gosh | Review

A very short review of the Boombastic XXL Volume Mascara from Gosh Cosmetics, as I think the pictures speak for themselves!

Today's post is going to be a collection of workout tips including the Zaggora Hotpants I've been using and my favourite (FREE) apps and Youtube videos. These lashes are my new favourites as they give such an amazing length and fullness to the lashes without looking over the top so they're perfect for both day and night

I recently attended the GOSH press day and along with the re-release of the amazing holographic nail varnish this nail glitter is right up there as one of the most exciting nail products around. The nail world has gone crazy for nail glitter but I've yet to see a product like this.

I went for a 'no make-up make-up' look today as I spent most of the day bumming around watching Revenge (SO GOOD!?) then just had a quick meeting, so I literally just applied a few coats of the Maybelline Volum' Express Turbo Boost to my top lashes and off I went. But I was so impressed with how they looked I decided to share.

Orly Synchro (*) is a gorgeous duo-chrome polish in a truly unique pink shade. This purple-hued nail varnish shifts from pink to blue to lilac depending on the light.

I strongly suggest you get your bums down to the summer sales as I scooped some SERIOUS bargains today. The yellow dress, blue skater dress and pink jeans were from the Oxford Street Topshop sale and the pink lace dress was from the H&M Sale. I also picked up this cutesy floral collared mint dress from H&M and yellow chiffon playsuit from Topshop.

I found myself drawn towards the Chantecaille stand in Liberty a few weeks ago and had a little play with all of the products...

I purchased the new concealer stick from Nars and it has now become a staple in my makeup routine and has replaced my usual liquid concealers. I dabbled with stick concealers in the past but found them to be incredibly heavy-looking and greasy. The new Nars concealer boasts a lightweight, creamy texture enriched with Vitamin E for crease-resistant coverage. I opted for the shade 'Light 3 - Honey'.

I'm rekindling my love for all things fake-tan related and first up is the Instant tanning spray from Tanatomicals by Anatomicals. ' Me Tarzan - You Jane - We Cheaters Instant Spray Tan In A Can'. I've been using this every other night for the past week and am head over heels for it.

The EcoTools Bamboo Kabuki Brush is my new favourite 'finishing' and 'blending' brush. I use between every layer of make-up (after foundation, after concealer, after bronzer, after blusher, after powder) to ensure the makeup is completely blended and worked thoroughly into the skin. It's SO soft and light and when used with product (I use with bronzer and with blot powder) it leaves the lightest, sheerest finish The contoured bamboo handle gives you an easy grip which is an added bonus.

This Monki tee is the perfect mix of style, attitude and comfort and the tee has a laid-back look to it without being dramatically oversized and baggy. I paired it with pink high waisted topshop shorts and my favourite ASOS Amp Chelsea boots – this outfit is so casual and loose fitting I needed to avoid looking like an overgrown eight year old - hence the addition of the killer boots.

That's me, on an eight hour boat trip from Koh Tao to Koh Phi Phi in Thailand. It was crowded, uncomfortable, claustrophobic and just pretty damn horrible. But that's not why I'm hiding. Oh no. The reason I'm hiding my face behind that super stylish hat is because I was so severely sunburnt that my face had erupted in painful bubbly blisters. The day before my cousin decided she was 'too far behind in the tan-off' so promptly threw down her beach towel and parked herself on the sand all.day.long - slathered from head to toe in oil.

Earlier tonight I headed down to the stunning St Pancreas Renaissance Hotel where the equally stunning Kim Kardashian was launching QuickTrim - the weight management product that she is the face and body of. I’m a die-hard Batiste fan and have been for years. There are lots of dry shampoos popping up but none compete with Batiste in terms of performance and price! I always have a few cans in my bathroom and I’ve tried nearly all of the variations and have concluded that the ‘Wild’ version is my favourite.
