This is one of those products where the before and after photos do all the talking.

You can see from the before and after pictures it does everything it claims to do!
The makeup in the before photos (on the left) has been on since 7:30am (with a few touch ups of course!) but you can see my foundations oxidised leaving me looking orange and the commute home has left me looking shiny and pore-a-licious.
I added the amount of product shown in the photos to my nose and cheek area and the 'after' photos (on the right) show the very noticable difference. No powder or concealer has been added, just the Clinique instant pore perfector and only that teeny tiny amount. It's like using the 'airbrush' or 'glow' feature on photoshop but IN REAL LIFE!
I think this product also works really well to provide a lovely natural, sheer coverage meaning my face looks a lot less patchy and orange, as well as shine-free and pore-less.
. It comes out as a thick mousse and then dries to a velvet finish which is completely matte but is in no way heavy, drying or 'cakey'. It's very similar in consistency to the Maybelline Mousse blush and foundations. I have found that on my skin it works better over makeup (after foundation and concealer and before or instead of powder) as opposed to a primer.
This product is the old packaging and the new one is called 'Clinique Pore Refining Solutions Instant Perfector' and comes in 'light' 'bright' and 'deep' and costs £18. It's a small bottle (15ml) but as you can see a little goes a long way!
I was absolutely terrified this would block my pores and break me out but I have been using it for weeks now and am happy to report that it hasn't! I have the benfit porefessional primer to try next - anyone tried it? Any other pore refiners you guys have tried and loved/hated?
