Review of the ELF products

Under Eye Concealer And Highlighter
I absolutely loved this. I dotted the concealer under my eyes only using three dots and patted it in and immediately my dark circles were diminished yet there was no visible sign of any product (no cakey bits, dryness, orange-ness) it blended seamlessly and felt very lightweight. I then applied the 'highlighter' by placing a little dot in the corner of each eye and a dot on my eyebrow lid and patted it in. This really did make my eyes seem luminous and it worked very well as an eyeshadow base as it still looks perfect now!

Eyebrow kit

This claims to: 'Create brows that are fuller, thicker, and more defined!' and it DEFINITELY did.

This is visible from the photos above whereby you can see just how much more defined and groomed they appear. The mirror in this is brilliant it enables you concentrate entirely on the eye area so you can focus on your fabulous brows. The brush provided is perfect it is just the right size, the angled brush lets you precisely apply the gel to shape and 'set' your eyebrows (mine tend to move during the day...anyone elses do this!?) and the product meant mine stayed nicely shaped all day. The blending brush allows you to deposit a small amount of the powder over the eyebrow to create the 'fuller' and 'thicker' look. - Highly recommend this product, I have never used an eyebrow powder before (only MAC's eyebrow fix gel pen..thing) and I liked having bigger fuller eyebrows for the day!

I wont go into too much detail as this has been reviewed on many other blogs but WOW! It created just the right amount of shimmer so it is wearable in the day time and my boyfriend commented that I looked more 'natural' today and had a healthy glow.

Finally...

Mineral Booster - sheer

I purchased this on a complete whim! I hadn't seen it reviewed I didn't plan on buying it but it magically found it's way into my shopping cart - and I'm very thankful it did ! The blurb: 'Achieve the ultimate, translucent "photo finishing touch" to your makeup, our Mineral Booster melts into your skin, infusing it with key vitamins A, B and E to promote healthier skin that’s noticeably silkier and smoother. Completely sheer and ideal for all skin tones, Mineral Booster gently absorbs oil and minimizes the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines and pores for a beautiful even finish.' - I used the ELF Kabuki Brush and buffed this into my face. It looked amazing everywhere except my nose (I have real problems with redness in this area so I would imagine it would work for most people all over the face.) It was completely sheer it still left me looking tanned, it didn't feel heavy or powdery I was no longer shiny and my make-up lasted longer in between touch ups. For £3.50 this is an incredible product.

The brushes

This post is getting super long so I will just do a quick review of the brushes. The eye brushes were great, did exactly what they said but have not used them for any intricate applications so I will keep you posted the ELF Kabuki Brush was overall a good product but for me personally I have quit sensitive skin and as I have mentioned, problems with redness, so after I had buffed MSF and ELF Mineral powder into my skin my nose didn't appreciate it very much - the brush is not as soft as some others but what can you expect for the price!
Lets not forget...
