Lumecin Review.

Good Skin LabsTM introduces LumecinTM, an overnight face treatment that helps restore skins brightness, smoothness and improves texture while strengthening skins protective barrier, reducing the appearance of pore size and helping to fade the appearance of brown spots.

LumecinTM Overnight Brightening Gluco-Protein Treatment is an overnight face treatment that helps restore skin’s brightness and smoothness while improving skin’s texture and tone. In addition, it strengthens the skin’s protective barrier, reducing the appearance of pore size and pore clogs plus it helps to fade the appearance of brown spots and discolorations.

How to Use
Directions:

At night, apply a pea-size amount of product over entire face after cleansing.

Apply nightly for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, reduce usage to 3 times per week. Use in place of other moisturisers. Some skin may experience mild peeling as a normal response to this treatment. Avoid eye area

My thoughts.

...Are you ready?

Yes, my friends. That is me SANS make up. Not one tiny bit of make up on my face. Nada. Zip. NONE. (I believe this is obvious due to my ridiculous dark circles. Thanks insomnia).

I have always suffered from redness and large pores on my nose, chin and cheeks and since using Lumecin (I have been using it for a month now - I know it says use every night for 2 weeks, then use 3x a week but I use it every night!) I can honestly say that my skin looks dramatically better. It is meant to: 'restore skins brightness, smoothness and texture while strengthening skins protective barrier, reducing the appearance of pore size and helping to fade the appearance of brown spots. ' - It has done EXACTLY what it promised. It has tightened my pores, brightened my entire face and (somehow) reduced the redness which I suffer from around my nose and chin. I do not suffer from brown spots but I did have discoloration (redness/purple from acne as a teen) around my nose which has also decreased significantly.

The product did not cause any irritation/peeling/discomfort whatsoever with me, if anything, it actually seemed to decrease the amount of dry, flaky skin around my nose as it obviously sloughed off all of the dead skin overnight and worked as an extremely effective exfoliator. I have been using this product at night in conjunction with the 'Nude' Oil cleanser only - so I can safely say that I know that it has been this product which has made such a huge difference to my skin.

I have recently (last 2 weeks) started using two products from 'Bliss' - 'Peeling Groovy' and the 'Vitamin C Moisturiser' both of which are definitely benefiting my skin and I will review them shortly - but I just had to do a post purely on Lumecin as I was so skeptical that a product from BOOTS could really make such a massive difference.

I was wrong.

If you have any questions about this product then please ask, otherwise I suggest you read the countless other rave review on the Internet and although £30 is expensive for a drugstore cream - it's so worth it. I have used it nightly use for the last 4 weeks and I am only 1/4 of the way through the tube as you only need the tiniest amount! Buy it here or in your local Boots!

I don't really have much more to say about this product to be honest, besides -

It. Works.
